Asimov himself as eager audience, George recounts 18 episodes of life with Azazel–disastrous, hilarious episodes that could come only from science fiction’s George isn’t an ordinary fellow, for in times past his ancestors posessed the arcane knowledge required to summon creatures — demons?

Azazel will do favors for other people at George’s request, purely for philanthropoic reasons. How can I possibly believe a man who tells me he has access to a two-centimeter tall demon he calls Azazel; a demon who is really an extraterrestrial personage of extraordinary, but strictly limited, powers?
